Hayden Fowlkes is a civil engineer and executive leader serving as Vice President at Pape-Dawson Engineers, one of Texas’ leading engineering firms. With more than 13 years of experience at the company, he has developed a reputation for consistent performance, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex infrastructure and development projects. Fowlkes was raised in Dripping Springs, Texas, where he attended local schools and was actively involved in athletics, participating in football, soccer, and track. His early experiences as a student-athlete helped shape his work ethic, discipline, and team-oriented mindset. He went on to attend the University of Texas at Austin, graduating in 2013. Shortly after, he began his career at Pape-Dawson Engineers as an entry-level engineer. Over the years, he steadily advanced through the organization, taking on increasing levels of responsibility and leadership. This trajectory reflects his ability to deliver results, lead teams effectively, and manage projects across multiple stages of development.
